Standard Healthcare Services, College of Nursing (Standard College) is an independent, privately-owned institution of higher education located in Falls Church, Virginia. Standard College was founded in 2004 by Isibor Joy Nosegbe, DNP, MSN-Ed, RN, CNE, CLNC, who currently serves as the President/Chief Executive Officer of the institution and is the owner of the college. Two educational nursing programs are offered at the institution: The Practical Nursing (PN) Program and the Associate of Applied Science in Nursing Program for licensed practical nurses (LPN-RN Transition Program).
